Congratulations to the 7th and 8th-grade volleyball teams. Both teams recently won the Prairieland Conference Banner. The girls really "set" the bar high and "blocked" out the negativity. They really "aced" their matches. 🏐

Let's celebrate Valentine's week at OMS.

OMS 7th-graders presented "My Dream" posters during their latest health unit. The posters were made after a unit focusing on goal setting and being better prepared and informed of the potential risks and consequences, which will help them make better decisions as they navigate through the challenges and adversities they will endure in real life.

OMS 6th-graders learned about the importance of fueling their bodies properly, especially focusing on getting adequate sleep. They got so good at understanding sleep that they can do it with their eyes closed! Some of them found their "dream" job: sleeping!

6th-grade students put on another reader's theatre in social studies with Mrs. Walker. This play was all about Julius Cesear! They had a great time "dressing" for the parts and playing "romaine" characters!
