Mr. Lister and Mrs. Rentfro-Cline took a group of OHS students to the Get Lit(erature) event at WIU-QC today. They toured some classes, watched a panel of college students talking about their college experiences, and, most importantly, submitted and shared writing and artwork showcasing the varied yet common human experience.
All of tonight's events which included... Track at E-P, Baseball at Ridgewood, and Softball home vs. United, have all been cancelled. Mother Nature strikes again... Makeup dates are TBD!
One of these days Mother Nature will be on our side! Tonight's Baseball and Softball games vs. Erie-Prophetstown have been POSTPONED! Working on a makeup date and will post once it's been figured out and decided.

Monday's Softball and Baseball vs. Rockridge, that was postponed due to rain, will be reschedule for Tuesday April 23rd. Softball (V/JV) will be at home. Varsity baseball will be at home and JV baseball will be at Rockridge.
Both Softball and Baseball have been postponed today and will be moved to tomorrow! So tomorrow March 27th Softball will play at Knoxville and Baseball will play at Geneseo. (Both Varsity at 4:30 and JV to follow).

Day 1 at State is complete for the OHS Robotics Team. Tonight they made a great presentation and had a chance to meet the other teams. Tomorrow is Competition Day and they'll be All Charged Up!

OHS kicked off National FFA Week with Tractor Day. Wednesday is Hat Day, Thursday is Red/White/Blue Day, and Friday is Blue/Gold Day!
Wow what a weekend for our 2 wrestlers at state! Losing their first round on Thursday made a tough road for them but man did they fight! We are all proud of them for never giving up! A BIG congratulations to Maddux Anderson for placing 3rd and bringing home some hardware for himself! Well deserved!
