Discuss next year’s school calendar options. 

Review academic and instructional programming & resources of the district. 

Provides input on the district’s major expenses & investment practices, as well as the development of the district’s budget.

Reviews employee health insurance proposals and options with Lohman Company.

Discuss any employee issues or concerns that may arise. 

Collaborates with district families and community members and leaders on opportunities for students and work to improve communication and relationships among the stakeholders. 

Meets once a year to discuss possible employee reductions in force. 

Assists in maintaining the district’s board policies by ensuring they are up to date & legally compliant.

Re-evaluates stipends paid to employee stipend positions.
