State Bound! Congratulations to our 3 State Qualifiers in Boys Track! Sophomore Will Maher in Long Jump with a jump tonight of 6.35m (20' 10"), Senior Brody Ossian in Triple Jump with a jump tonight of 12.67m (41' 7"), and Senior Wyatt Steen in High Jump with a jump tonight of 1.85m (6'0). They will compete starting next Thursday in the IHSA Prelims and Finals will be on Saturday. IHSA State will be held at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL. Good luck next week boys!

Last night we honored the 8 seniors of the Orion Baseball team and they pulled out a 13-3 victory over Stark County! It's been fun watching this season and the baseball diamond will miss you guys!

Beautiful day for some ball games! Have nothing better to do tonight come out and support Softball and Baseball. Softball takes on Monmouth-Roseville for a Varsity only game and their last regular season game as Regionals start next week! Baseball has a tough match up with Rockridge for their last Conference game. 4:30pm first pitch for both! Hope to see some packed diamonds later today!

Beautiful day at the ball park as we honor our colors for today's Military Day at OHS baseball doubleheader vs. East Dubuque. Thank you to our American Legion Post 255 for being here and honoring the flag during the National Anthem. Today's ceremonial first pitch was thrown by Senior Max Larson. Max has enlisted in the U.S. Navy and will be leaving in July for basic training. Thank you to all that have served and are currently serving!

Beautiful night at the ball park! Tonight the Orion Softball team hosted Rocky for their Strike Out T1D (Type 1 Diabetes) Night. Our very own Seniors Dylan White and Alli Taets were our honorary captains and threw out the first pitches! Both Dylan and Alli have battled with type 1 diabetes most of their lives but that has never stopped them from anything and being the great students they are! Thank you everyone who put in the work to make this night happen and for everyone who came to support it!
OHS took 20+ students to the "Build My Future" career fair at the QCCA Expo Center today! Students had the opportunity to do hands on activities and learn about possible future careers! All around great experience for our kids to see and interact with.
